ZeoSaes™ – Selective Gas Adsorbers

Drawing on a wealth of expertise in gas gettering technology, SAES Chemicals offers a range of metal oxide and zeolite based materials with specific adsorption properties.

A range of selective gas adsorbers and driers on sub-micron sized zeolite basis, with narrow particle size distribution. Synthesis of SAES’ Sub-micro Zeolites is carried out in a sustainable low energy process, without use of organic templates or organic solvents. The materials can be tuned in terms of their pore size, chemical composition and surface chemistry to selectively adsorb specific gases. Their small particle size generates large surface areas and rapid adsorption kinetics, and makes them ideal for dispersion within polymer matrices or formation of thin films. Post-synthesis modification of the particle allows tailored surface chemistries, which can be matched to a particular matrix (to ease preparation of dispersions, formulations, masterbatches, etc.)

Products are available as dried powders or as aqueous suspensions (up to 20wt% solid content) for ease of use.
